MarketPaperclip is operated by MGM Informatique (Québec, Canada). It is not an official service of Paperclip, Anthropic, OpenAI or the other providers mentioned.

Accounts
You must provide a valid email address, keep your password confidential and be of legal age, or use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the activity on your account. An account that breaches these terms or puts others at risk may be suspended.
Digital products
Creators offer agent packages and bundles, with their documentation, version and license. Agents run in the buyer’s own environment: model services (APIs, subscriptions) and infrastructure are not included unless the creator explicitly says so.
Creator responsibilities
Creators must hold the necessary rights, accurately describe their product’s capabilities and limitations, document its permissions and never publish secrets or malicious content.
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and any change to its content is reviewed again. The review is done by a person: it is neither a certification nor a security guarantee. A listing that breaks these rules may be refused or removed.
Prices, payment and commission
Prices are set by creators and shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe: MarketPaperclip never sees or stores your card details.
MarketPaperclip charges a 15% commission on the price of each sale. The rest is paid to the creator’s Stripe account, on Stripe’s payout schedule. To sell, creators activate a Stripe Connect account and accept Stripe’s terms.
An offer must be at least 20% of the asking price. Once accepted, it can be paid for 72 hours, at the agreed amount.
Delivery
Download access opens as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. The order keeps the version and license you bought; future updates are not included automatically. Download links are personal and temporary.
Refunds
Because products are delivered digitally and immediately, a sale is generally not refundable. A full refund is granted, however, if the file is unusable, does not substantially match its description or could not be downloaded: ask support within 14 days of the purchase.
The refund goes back to the original payment method and removes download access. A payment dispute also suspends that access until it is resolved. These rules do not limit your rights under consumer protection laws.
Liability
Products are provided by their creators. Read the documentation and license before installing, and test an agent in a suitable environment before giving it data or access. To the extent permitted by law, MGM Informatique is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of a product.
